All route cause of sorrow is ego.

So beware of ego.

Your 99% sorrows are the fruits of your ego.

Scriptures say that cause of birth is also ego.

The first step towards the spirituality is  awareness of ego.

1.  You may have lost some major battles, 

      but you survived and you are still here.  

      That is a victory.

      Show your happiness &

      Celebrate your ability to go forward.

2.  A life is never useless.

     Each soul that came down to earth is here for a reason.

3.  Love is an act of faith,

     not an exchange.

4.  If you don't care about what people think,

     you already passed the first step of success.

Anger Management

Step One:-

When an anger comes, immediately you must utter, “I’m Angree “.

Step Two:-

Above awareness itself reduces the anger 50%.

Step Three:-

Then you should see your breathing.  Simply Watch it!  By 2/3 minutes you will cool down.  This is practically proven method.  Just try it!

Step Four:-

When you have no work/idle just watch your breathing.  This practice leads you in peace of mind and awareness of your thoughts.  Please just try!
